At this class we learned how Hattie Plum Williams impacted German Russians across the country by her writings and social activism in helping the Lincoln and surrounding area GRs. We watched a short film on Broda dinners. We also watched a demonstration on how to make Rivel Kuchen and then enjoyed eating it.
