Broda - November 7, 2014

A Broda is a traditional Germans from Russia Sunday dinner made of roast beef. The AHSGR Lincoln Chapter held its first annual Broda on October 8, 1970, at the Welfare Society Hall at 1430 N. 10th Street. To learn more about Brodas, watch this 2003 video produced by Mike Keating and narrated by 5th grade student, Katy Keating.
